Chakra art healing is a guided, creative, self awareness workshop that combines mindfulness, self reflection and art. We use the chakra system as a framework, but the focus is understanding yourself better. You don’t need to be an artist or know anything about chakras. It’s a beginner-friendly workshop where through simple prompts and creative expression, you’ll explore different areas of your life, gain personal insight, and leave with a meaningful piece of art that reflects your personal journey. This isn’t an art class, and it isn’t a lecture about chakras. It’s a guided experience where creativity becomes a tool for self-discovery. Art supplies included.
