Breathwork Journey Description - join Alexa Bettolo & Sage Jones on a magickal breath-work journey through your own psyche. Following a cacao ceremony will be a 45 minute guided breath-work and musical journey crafted to invoke deep release and intense spiritual healing. Then the breath-work will be followed by intention based journaling and a guided meditation. Bring a blanket, pillow, and the intention to expand and heal
